Naturally a better choice.
Naturally a better choice.
By choosing to design a garden that is completely intentional in its vision for the future and present by using sustainable & regenerative practices, sourcing local materials and planting wild habitat with local indigenous plants you become part of something that is so vitally important to our future & the health of our suburban biodiversity, and the species that depend on us making great choices.

Location
Adelaide Hills South Australia
A Nocturnal Niche….
Micro bats & Boobook owls come forth!!!
A project that in its essence was designed to attract an array of local native birds from the grey box & blue gum woodlands that make up this part of the Adelaide hills.
That said the nocturnal atmosphere seemed to also fit perfectly… with the aim being that Mary-Anne & Charlie could relax on a barmy summers night with friends & watch as opportunistic micro-bats feast on a smorgasbord of kamikaze insects….
My hope is with enough luck a cheeky Boobook owl will pay a visit to put on a wildlife show to remember…
And for the real bird geeks….imagine spotting a owlet nightjar or nankeen night heron in your own yard 👀 (hard ask maybe)
The lights have come up absolutely magic!!
